Giselle's Class
Giselle’s class will focus on performance, musicality, dynamics and quality of
movement. Class is designed to familiarize students with the classic styles of
dance,
while allowing for the personal styles of each individual student to be
expressed. Her
warm-up uses a blend of cardio exercises, classical ballet, modern and jazz
movements,
focusing on body alignment, weight distribution, strength and flexibility.
Her choreography incorporates aspects of musical theatre, jazz, ballet,
contemporary and
hip-hop styles. Class may be challenging, but the only expectation is that you
give it your
all! Please join Giselle on Monday nights for this exciting and new six-week
series at
Studio 6 Ballroom. Hope to see you there!
